At Raelon, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
- In stock orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates only and depend on carrier capacity, destination, and freight scheduling.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product type, order size, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
- Electric pallet jacks, electric stackers, electric forklifts, batteries, and parts may have different shipping charges.
- The shipping amount shown at checkout is the final calculated shipping charge for standard delivery unless additional services are requested.
- If the shipping charge at checkout appears unavailable or incorrect, please contact us and we can assist with a manual order.
Standard Delivery Conditions
- Standard shipping generally covers delivery to a commercial business address or freight terminal with self unloading capability.
- Additional services such as lift gate service, residential delivery, limited access delivery, appointment delivery, or phone call service are not included unless specifically requested.
- Additional charges may apply for remote, rural, or hard to reach locations, including certain northern regions and carrier restricted areas.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship across Canada, subject to freight availability and carrier confirmation.
- Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the product category, warehouse location, and final destination.
- Some orders may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately.
Packaging Standards
Raelon equipment is professionally packaged for transport. Depending on the product type, items may be secured on a wooden pallet or packed in protective shipping cartons. Equipment is strapped, wrapped, and protected to reduce the risk of transit damage.
Freight items are typically shipped by palletized freight unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipment Changes and Cancellation
- Any order change or modification requested before shipment may result in additional charges.
- We do not accept order modifications after the order has shipped.
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, recall, return freight, or other carrier related fees may apply.
Shipping Damage and Delivery Inspection
- Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
- If there is visible major damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
- Any packaging damage, shortage, or missing parts must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt or Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
- You must notify our team within 24 hours after delivery if there is any shipping damage, missing item, or delivery issue.
- If damage or shortage is not noted at the time of delivery, the carrier claim may be denied and we may be unable to provide a refund, replacement, or shipping claim support.
Consolidated and Split Shipments
- We may consolidate items into one shipment when possible.
- Depending on stock location and product type, some orders may be shipped separately.
