Shipment Is Arranged
Raelon prepares the order and arranges carrier pickup from the appropriate Canadian inventory location.
Raelon does not add a separate service fee solely because the address is residential or liftgate assistance is requested. The final shipping amount remains subject to the product, destination and carrier service.
Processing and Transit Times
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Transit time begins after the carrier collects the shipment and varies by destination, carrier route, weather and other transportation conditions.
