At Raelon, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Lead Time

  • Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours on working days.
  • No delivery during weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery time is estimated and depends on the carrier; delays may occur.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, ensuring full transparency before placing your order.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations, including but not limited to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Certain rural and northern regions.
  • Standard shipping cost covers delivery to a freight terminal or a commercial business address with self-unloading.
  • Additional services such as Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery, or Phone Call Service are not included in the standard shipping cost and should be specified at the time of ordering.


Shipping Mode

  • We proudly offer nationwide shipping across Canada, ensuring timely and reliable delivery to all provinces and territories.
  • We ship products from multiple warehouses using different freight carriers, depending on the customer’s location.


Shipment Change and Cancellation

  • Any order changes or modifications may result in extra fees. Please contact us in advance.
  • We do not accept modifications after the order has been shipped.
  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, additional fees may apply for shipment recall.


Shipping Damage

  • Customers should inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If there is serious damage, refuse the shipment.
  • Any concerns about packaging damage or missing parts must be noted on the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
  • Notify our sales team within 24 hours of receipt if any issues arise.
  • If the customer does not notate damage or missing products at the time of signing, we cannot file a claim or provide a Refund.
  • In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.


Consolidated Orders

  • We will consolidate shipments when possible to deliver all items together.
