Yes. Eligible Raelon equipment, parts and batteries ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

After payment, in-stock pallet jacks usually dispatch within 2 business days, stackers within 3 and forklifts within 5. Receiving information, transport arrangements and any freight balance must be confirmed before dispatch. Transit after dispatch is usually 2–9 business days, not a guaranteed delivery date. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays; out-of-stock timing is confirmed separately. Parts and batteries use separate arrangements. See our Shipping Policy.

Pallet jack shipping can be paid at checkout using the full delivery address. Single-unit reference rates in CAD are BC $150, AB $250, MB/SK $300, ON $400 and QC $500; multiple units cost more. Stackers and forklifts require a quote before ordering; stacker local delivery starts at $300 in Metro Vancouver only. Manual quotes require the model, quantity, full address and postal code, commercial or residential address type, forklift or loading dock availability and special receiving requirements. NB/NS/PE/NL and YT/NT/NU require a manual quote; any $900 checkout amount is a shipping prepayment, not final freight. Parts and batteries use separate arrangements. See our Shipping Policy.

Inspect before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading and document visible damage or shortages on it. Report shipping damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery, with order and delivery details, the receipt and clear photos. Preserve the packaging and damaged product for review. Yes. Pallet jacks and stackers can use Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Forklifts can qualify for 0% APR for up to 24 months for approved customers. See our financing options.

Eligible unopened, unused products, including forklifts, may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written approval. Non-quality returns require original condition and all original packaging and contents; a 15% restocking fee applies, the customer pays return transportation, and outbound freight and other applicable costs may be deducted. Custom, clearance and final-sale items are excluded. Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–2 weeks after receipt and inspection; bank processing may take longer. Coverage begins on the original sales invoice date and covers eligible defects under normal use and proper maintenance. F4, F4-201 and CTD15R stackers: 1 year on equipment, battery and charger. Other electric pallet jacks: 90 days on equipment, 1 year on battery and charger.

Forklift non-wear equipment: 1 year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. Only specified frame/chassis, mast structures, drive axle/differential and transmission/reduction gear components have extended coverage up to 2 years or 3,000 hours, whichever comes first; parts only after first-year coverage ends. Electric forklift lithium batteries and chargers: 1 year against manufacturing defects; LPG/diesel starter batteries: 90 days. Normal wear is excluded. Approved parts and pre-authorized labour are covered only under the applicable terms, not during parts-only coverage. Contact us for remote diagnosis first. Initial inspection and diagnosis at our Richmond warehouse are free. Eligible warranty parts and pre-authorized labour are covered under the applicable terms; parts-only coverage excludes labour. On-site service is subject to availability and a separate quote; call-out and travel charges are not included in complimentary coverage.
