Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. Eligible Raelon pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts, parts and batteries ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Transit starts once the carrier collects the order. For electric pallet jacks to major cities, typical transit is 2–4 business days in BC and 3–9 business days elsewhere in Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the equipment and the distance. For example, an electric pallet jack within BC is typically about CAD $150. Contact us for a quote to confirm freight for your equipment and postal code. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Is there an extra fee for residential delivery or a liftgate?

No separate fee. Residential delivery and liftgate service are included in the total shipping cost, which depends on the equipment, destination and carrier.

Where do orders ship from?

From our Richmond, BC or Edmonton, AB inventory, depending on stock and your destination.

Pickup & Payment

Is local pickup available?

Yes. Richmond Head Office: 4751 Shell Rd Unit 10, Richmond, BC, Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00. Edmonton: 9837 42 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00. Please confirm availability before you travel. See local pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can order online and pay by credit card at checkout. For larger orders we also accept cheque and bank transfer. Contact us to arrange.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s receipt and note any visible damage on it. Report damage or shortages to Raelon within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.

Financing, Returns & Warranty

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Electric pallet jacks and electric stackers can use Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Forklifts, including electric, LPG and diesel models, can qualify for 0% APR for up to 24 months for approved customers. See our financing options.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and forklifts within 3 days. Every return needs written approval from Raelon first. For non-quality returns, a 15% restocking fee applies and the customer pays return freight. Custom, clearance and final-sale items are not returnable. See the refund policy.

What warranty is included?

Warranty starts on the delivery date. F4 and F4-201 pallet jacks and electric stackers: 12 months on equipment and battery. Forklifts: 2 years. Other electric pallet jacks: 90 days on equipment and 12 months on battery. Warranty covers replacement parts and remote technical support. See the warranty policy.

Company & Support

Are parts, batteries and chargers available?

Yes. We stock parts for Raelon equipment at our Richmond location, along with replacement batteries, chargers and wheels.

Can you repair my equipment?

Yes. Our Richmond team can repair Raelon equipment. Bring it to our Richmond warehouse, or we can visit you on-site in the Greater Vancouver area. On-site visits are a paid service and are not covered by warranty. Contact us to book.
