Our limited warranty covers defective original parts and remote technical support for verified quality related issues during the applicable warranty period. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper operation, negligence, unauthorized modification, consumable wear items, or damage caused by human error. No. Our limited warranty covers replacement parts and remote technical support only. On site labor, technician visits, and other on site service costs are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Within the first 30 days after delivery, if our after sales team confirms a quality related issue and determines that return repair is required, Raelon will cover the round trip shipping costs. After 30 days, return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the case, product type, warranty stage, and the approved service solution. Please contact us first so our team can review the claim and provide instructions before any return is arranged.
Yes, eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For non quality related returns, the product must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, parts, and documentation included. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If you receive the wrong product, do not use or install it. Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the item received. Once the issue is verified, we will provide return instructions and arrange the correct product at no additional cost.
