Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Standard rates range from $150 to $850 depending on your province.
Orders ship within 48 hourson business days. Delivery takes 3-12 business days, depending on location.
Inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, refuse the shipmentand contact us immediately.
All new products come with a 6-month limited warranty, while batteries are covered for 1 year.
The warranty covers defective original parts, but does not include wear-and-tear parts or damage caused by misuse.
Within 30 days, we cover all costs. From 30 days to 6 months, the customer pays 50% of shipping. After 6 months, all repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 daysof receipt, but the product must be new, unopened, and in its original condition.
Do not open or use the product. Contact us immediately with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Orders can be canceled before shipping at no cost. If already shipped, additional fees may apply.
