At Raelon, we are committed to providing high quality equipment backed by clear and transparent limited warranty coverage.
All limited warranty periods begin on the delivery date of the order and apply only to the original purchaser.
Limited Warranty Period by Product Type
- F4 and F4-201 Electric Pallet Jacks: 1 year limited warranty
- Other Electric Pallet Jacks and Electric Stackers: 90 day limited warranty
- Electric Forklifts: 1 year limited warranty
- Batteries: 1 year limited warranty
- Spare Parts Orders: 90 day limited warranty
For the purpose of this policy, battery coverage includes both batteries installed in Raelon equipment and replacement batteries purchased separately from Raelon.
This limited warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, improper charging, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, use of non approved parts or accessories, or any other damage caused by human error.
Under this limited warranty, any original part confirmed by Raelon to be defective and covered under warranty will be replaced free of charge within the applicable warranty period. This limited warranty covers replacement parts and remote technical support only. On site service, on site labor, and third party repair labor are not included.
Limited Warranty Coverage & Conditions
Within the First 30 Days After Delivery
- If the product shows a verified defect covered under this limited warranty, Raelon will provide free replacement parts together with professional remote technical guidance.
- If our after sales team determines that the product must be returned for inspection or repair, Raelon may provide return instructions and arrange shipping support after the claim is reviewed and approved.
From Day 31 to the End of the Applicable Limited Warranty Period
- Raelon will continue to provide free replacement parts and remote technical guidance for verified warranty covered defects.
- If the product must be returned for inspection or repair, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related freight costs. Any applicable shipping responsibility will be confirmed by our after sales team before the return is arranged.
After the Applicable Limited Warranty Period
- Raelon may continue to provide remote technical guidance when available.
- Customers will be responsible for replacement parts, shipping costs, and any related service costs.
- If return repair is required, all repair and freight charges will be quoted and confirmed before service begins.
How to Submit a Limited Warranty Claim
To request limited warranty service, please contact Raelon customer support and provide your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. If applicable, our team may also request the serial number or additional information for verification.
After review, we will confirm whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty and provide the next steps, including remote troubleshooting, replacement part arrangements, or return instructions if needed.
Raelon reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this limited warranty policy.
