At Raelon, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by a 90-day limited warranty, starting from the date the product is received.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts or any damage caused by misuse, improper operation, negligence, or other forms of human error.
Under this warranty, any defective original part confirmed to be covered will be replaced free of charge.
Warranty Coverage & Conditions
Within the First 30 Days of Receipt

If the product exhibits any quality-related issues, Raelon will provide free replacement parts along with professional remote technical guidance.

If our after-sales team determines that the product must be returned for repair, Raelon will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
From 31 Days to 90 Days of Receipt

If the product experiences quality-related issues, Raelon will continue to provide free replacement parts and remote technical guidance.

If the repair requires the product to be returned, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the round-trip shipping costs.
After 90 Days from Receipt

Raelon will continue to provide remote technical guidance for quality-related issues.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.

If return repair is required, the customer must cover all maintenance costs and round-trip shipping fees, which will be quoted upon request.
