At Raelon, we are committed to providing high-quality material handling equipment backed by clear and transparent limited warranty coverage.
All limited warranty periods begin on the delivery date of the order and apply only to the original purchaser.
Limited Warranty Period by Product Type
- F4 and F4-201 Electric Pallet Jacks: 1-year limited equipment warranty and 1-year limited battery warranty.
- Other Electric Pallet Jacks: 90-day limited equipment warranty and 1-year limited battery warranty.
- Electric Stackers: 90-day limited equipment warranty and 1-year limited battery warranty.
- Electric Forklifts: 2-year limited equipment warranty and 2-year limited warranty for the electric forklift battery supplied with the equipment.
- Replacement Batteries Purchased Separately: 1-year limited battery warranty.
- Spare Parts Orders: 90-day limited warranty.
The warranty periods listed above are Raelon’s standard limited warranty periods. Customers should also review the applicable product page for additional model-specific information or contact Raelon before ordering if clarification is required.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal and proper use.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, accidental damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, overloading, improper storage, improper charging, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, use of non-approved parts or accessories, or damage caused by human error.
Any original part confirmed by Raelon to be defective and covered under the applicable limited warranty will be replaced without charge for the replacement part during the applicable warranty period.
This limited warranty covers approved replacement parts and remote technical support only. On-site service, on-site labour, travel expenses, third-party repair labour, equipment rental, business interruption, lost revenue, and other indirect or consequential costs are not included.
Limited Warranty Coverage and Conditions
Within the First 30 Days After Delivery
- If the product has a verified defect covered under this limited warranty, Raelon will provide approved replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance.
- If Raelon determines that the product must be returned for inspection or repair, return instructions and any applicable shipping responsibility will be confirmed in writing after the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved.
From Day 31 to the End of the Applicable Limited Warranty Period
- Raelon will continue to provide approved replacement parts and remote technical guidance for verified defects covered under the applicable limited warranty.
- If the product must be returned for inspection or repair, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related freight costs. Any applicable shipping responsibility will be confirmed before the return is arranged.
After the Applicable Limited Warranty Period
- Raelon may continue to provide remote technical guidance when available.
- The customer will be responsible for replacement parts, shipping costs, labour costs, and any other related service costs.
- If return repair is required, all repair and freight charges will be quoted and confirmed before service begins.
How to Submit a Limited Warranty Claim
To request limited warranty service, please contact Raelon customer support and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product model
- Product serial number, when applicable
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Any additional information requested by Raelon for verification
After reviewing the information provided, Raelon will determine whether the issue is covered under the applicable limited warranty and provide the next steps. These steps may include remote troubleshooting, replacement-part arrangements, additional inspection requirements, or return instructions.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable limited warranty period. Replacement parts or repairs provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless otherwise confirmed by Raelon in writing.
