Warranty

At Raelon, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of product receipt. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts or any damages resulting from human error.

Our warranty ensures that any defective original part covered under the warranty will be replaced free of charge.

Warranty Coverage & Conditions

Within the First 30 Days of Receipt

  • If the product exhibits any quality issues, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance.
  • If our after-sales department determines that the product requires return for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

Between 30 Days and 6 Months of Receipt

  • If the product experiences quality problems, we will continue to provide free replacement parts and remote technical guidance.
  • However, if repair requires return shipping, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the shipping costs.

After 6 Months from Receipt

  • We will continue to provide free technical guidance for any quality-related issues.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
  • If the repair requires return shipping, the customer must cover all related maintenance costs and round-trip shipping fees, which will be quoted upon request.

Warranty Period for Specific Parts

  • Spare parts orders: 3-month warranty
  • Battery warranty: 1-year warranty

 

Raelon reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this warranty policy.
