As a provider of forklift equipment and related services, Raelon does not accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from unsafe operation or improper usage of the equipment by our customers. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all operators are properly certified and thoroughly trained in accordance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines.

Customer Responsibilities

By renting equipment from Raelon, customers acknowledge that they: Possess the necessary certifications for operating forklifts. Are familiar with safety protocols and proper operational procedures. Take full responsibility for the safe operation of the rented equipment.

Raelon shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or other liabilities arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

Equipment Inspections & Modifications

Customers are required to conduct thorough inspections of rented equipment before use. Any defects or operational issues must be reported to Raelon immediately. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the equipment, without prior approval from Raelon, are done at the customer's own risk and may void warranties or liabilities.

Service Rights & Safety Compliance

Raelon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization deemed to pose a risk to: The safe operation of our equipment. The well-being of our staff and other customers.

Liability & Indemnification

By renting equipment from Raelon, customers accept full responsibility for safe operation and agree to indemnify Raelon against any related claims or liabilities.
