It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all operators are properly trained, certified where required, and familiar with applicable safety regulations, workplace procedures, and equipment instructions before operating any Raelon equipment.
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing, renting, receiving, or using equipment from Raelon, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that all operators have the necessary training, certifications, and knowledge required to operate the equipment safely and properly.
Customers are responsible for following all applicable safety protocols, performing proper pre use inspections, using equipment only for its intended purpose, and taking full responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment.
Raelon shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, losses, downtime, or other liabilities arising from the use, misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized handling of equipment.
Equipment Inspections & Modifications
Customers are required to inspect all equipment before use. Any visible damage, defects, missing parts, abnormal sounds, battery issues, charging issues, hydraulic issues, or operational concerns must be reported to Raelon immediately before continued use.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or use of non approved parts or accessories are performed at the customer’s own risk and may void warranty coverage, service eligibility, or any related liability protection.
Service Rights & Safety Compliance
Raelon reserves the right to refuse service, support, repair, rental, delivery, pickup, or sale to any individual or organization that may pose a risk to equipment safety, operator safety, our staff, other customers, or general business operations.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable workplace safety regulations, training requirements, inspection requirements, and operating procedures in their province, state, or local jurisdiction.
Liability & Indemnification
By purchasing, renting, receiving, or using equipment from Raelon, customers accept full responsibility for safe operation and agree to indemnify and hold Raelon harmless from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, penalties, expenses, or liabilities arising from equipment use, misuse, unsafe operation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow applicable safety requirements.
