The F4 has two battery bays and one plug. Load two charged packs, run the first one flat, then move the plug by hand to the second and keep working. The “+ 1 Extra Battery” option ships with the second battery and its own charger.
64 in long, 27.4 in wide, and about 56 in to turn. Measure your tightest aisle against those three numbers before you order.
Throttle, horn, push-button lift and lower, and a reverse safety switch are all on the handle. The brake is electromagnetic, and the truck measures 74 dB(A) at the operator position, quiet enough for a retail backroom.
Forks are 48 × 27 in and 2.2 in thick, and sit 3.2 in off the floor when lowered. Rated 3,300 lb; if your heaviest pallet weighs more, look at the F4-201.
Weight. The F4 is rated 3,300 lb. Weigh your heaviest pallet first; if it is over, the F4-201 takes 4,400 lb.
Space. The truck is 64 in long and 27.4 in wide and needs about 56 in to turn. Measure your tightest aisle and your door openings. It cannot cross door thresholds.
Shift length. One charge gives about 5 hours with light loads. For a longer shift, choose “F4 (with 1 Battery) + 1 Extra Battery” and carry a charged spare.
The 3,300 lb (1,500 kg) rating is measured at a 600 mm (23.6 in) load centre, which is about the middle of a 48 in pallet. If your heaviest pallet weighs more than 3,300 lb, the F4-201 is rated 4,400 lb.
One pack weighs about 11 lb (5 kg) and can be taken out of the truck. The charger runs on 100–240V AC and needs about 2 hours per pack. One charge gives roughly 5 hours with light loads; heavy loads, long runs and cold rooms shorten that. Charge at room temperature, and take the pack out of a cold room when the truck is idle.
The forks lower to 3.2 in (82 mm) to slide into a pallet and rise to 7.4 in (187 mm) to carry it clear of the floor. A 0.5 kW motor does the lifting from push buttons on the handle. The F4 moves pallets along the floor; it does not stack them.
The turning radius is about 56 in, with a body 64 in long and 27.4 in wide. Find the tightest turn on your route and check it against the diagram before ordering.
Overall size is about 64 in long, 27.4 in wide and 45 in tall with the handle up. The forks are 48 in long and 27 in across both forks; each fork is 5.9 in wide with 15.2 in between them. The truck cannot cross door thresholds, so keep the route flat.
The wheels are non-marking polyurethane. They wear quickly on asphalt and uneven ground, so keep the F4 on smooth indoor floors. Wet floors are fine. The forks are 2.2 in thick, and an electromagnetic brake and a reverse safety switch are standard.
The F4-201 carries 1,100 lb more, climbs steeper ramps and runs on two batteries. If 3,300 lb is enough, the F4 does the job for less.

The Raelon F4 3,300 lb lithium electric pallet jack is a walk-behind pallet truck for indoor floors. It weighs about 265 lb, runs on a removable 24V / 20Ah lithium battery and carries standard 48 in pallets on 48 × 27 in forks. It replaces a manual pallet jack in stockrooms, receiving areas and retail backrooms, with powered drive and push-button lift and lower.
The truck is 64 in long and 27.4 in wide, and it turns in about 56 in, so it fits tight backrooms and narrow aisles. Check your route first: the F4 cannot cross door thresholds, so the floor needs to be flat.

In a cold room it works, but the battery runs for less time. Ramps and dock plates are fine within the rated climb of 6% loaded and 16% empty. Raelon has not tested loaded climbs itself, so follow the manual.
Outdoor use is not recommended as a regular job. The polyurethane wheels wear quickly on asphalt and uneven ground, and they are the part that wears out first. At the operator position the truck measures 74 dB(A), quiet enough for a retail backroom.
