The Raelon CPD15 is a compact 3-wheel electric forklift built for tight indoor warehouse aisles. It combines a 1500kg (3300lb) rated capacity with a 189in three-stage free-lift mast, giving operators strong vertical reach without sacrificing maneuverability.
The 3-wheel front-drive layout gives the CPD15 a 57.1in (1450mm) turning radius — noticeably tighter than a standard 4-wheel counterbalance truck of similar capacity. This makes it a practical fit for narrow-aisle warehouses, retail backrooms, and receiving areas where space is limited.
The three-stage full-free-lift mast reaches 189in (4800mm) fully extended while still lowering to a compact height for doorway and trailer clearance. Load capacity does taper with height and load center — the CPD15 carries up to 3090lb at 142in lift height, tapering to 2425lb at full 189in extension with the load center at 500mm. The CPD15 ships with a factory-fitted fork positioner and sideshift as a single combined attachment, rather than two separate add-ons. This lets operators adjust fork spacing and shift the load laterally from the seat, cutting down on repositioning time when handling mixed pallet sizes.
An 80V lithium-ion battery replaces the lead-acid packs found on older electric forklift models, cutting maintenance and avoiding the fumes and watering schedule that come with flooded lead-acid batteries. The CPD15 pairs the battery with a UL-certified 80V/100A three-phase charger (220V), bringing a full charge from empty to roughly 2.8 hours. EP rates the system for approximately 6 working hours per charge under typical warehouse conditions; actual runtime will vary with load, lift cycles, and travel distance.
Two 5.0kW front drive motors and an 11kW lift motor give the CPD15 a laden travel speed of 13km/h and a 10% max gradeability when loaded — enough for most dock ramps and warehouse inclines. Solid tires (18x7-8 front, 15x4.5-8 rear) are standard, trading a firmer ride for puncture resistance in typical warehouse floors.
The CPD15 includes a standard operator seat with safety belt, along with a full safety lighting package — working lights, dual side mirrors, reversing buzzer, and pedestrian-awareness blue/red warning lights. Hydraulic service brakes and a mechanical parking brake round out the safety package. Sound level at the driver's seat is rated at 68dB(A), quiet enough for extended indoor shifts.
