Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer accepted, and cancellation may result in additional shipping or recall charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Standalone batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date. Spare parts and replacement parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Battery and parts warranties cover eligible defects in original products and include remote technical support. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, improper charging practices, over-discharge, physical damage, or damage caused by accidents or human error.
Within the first 30 days after delivery, if a verified quality issue requires return service, Raelon will cover the approved round-trip shipping costs. After 30 days, shipping responsibility will be evaluated based on the product type, warranty stage, and approved after-sales solution.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, original outbound shipping, and any applicable restocking fee. For approved quality-related cases, return shipping responsibility will be handled according to our Warranty Policy and the approved service solution.
