Four things to check against your pallets, your aisles and your shift.

Fits 48 x 40 in pallets

Enter the 48 in side and the 48 in forks run the full pallet depth. Enter the 40 in side and about 8 in of fork tip sticks out the far side.

3.2 in fork height

The forks need a pallet opening of at least 3.2 in. Measure your worn or block pallets before ordering.

55.7 in turning radius

Add your longest load to the 63.6 in truck length and compare with your narrowest aisle.

Charger in the box

About 3 hours to charge from a standard 110V outlet, and 4-5 hours of light-duty runtime. Heavy loads and ramps will shorten that.

How much can the CBD15W-II lift, and how high?

3,300 lb (1,500 kg) at the rated load centre. Forks rise from 3.2 in to 7.5 in, enough to clear the floor and move a pallet but not to stack one. If you need to place loads on racking, you need a stacker rather than a pallet jack.

Will it fit my 48 x 40 in pallets?

Yes. The forks are 48 in long with 14.17 in of clear space between them. From the 48 in side the forks run the full pallet depth. From the 40 in side about 8 in of fork tip comes out the far end, so check what is behind the pallet.

What battery and charger come with the CBD15W-II?

A 24V 25Ah lithium-ion pack and a Leamover JRC29F6LP charger, both included. The charger runs from a standard 110V outlet at 5A and outputs 24V 6A. A full charge takes about 3 hours and gives 4-5 hours of light-duty running.

Can it climb a ramp or a dock plate?

Gradeability is 5% fully loaded, so plan this truck for flat concrete indoors. If your route includes a ramp with a loaded pallet, send us the slope and we will tell you whether it suits.

How wide does my aisle need to be?

Turning radius is 55.7 in and overall length is 63.6 in. Add your longest load to the truck length and compare that with your narrowest aisle or doorway. Treat that as your starting calculation.

What warranty, shipping and pickup do you offer?
