Many Raelon products are heavy and may be packed on a pallet. Please bring a suitable truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle for pickup. Our team can assist with loading, but the customer is responsible for securing the equipment before leaving the warehouse.

Yes. Our warehouse team will help load your order into your vehicle when possible. To make pickup smoother, please make sure your vehicle has enough space and is suitable for the size and weight of the equipment.

Yes, in many cases. Please contact us in advance with the carrier name, pickup contact, and order details. We will confirm the arrangement before releasing the order.
