After 30 days, return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the case, product type, warranty stage, and the approved service solution. Yes, eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For non quality related returns, the product must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, parts, and documentation included. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive the wrong product, do not use or install it. Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the item received. Once the issue is verified, we will provide return instructions and arrange the correct product at no additional cost.
