The Raelon 3300lbs Electric Forklift is built for tight indoor operations where maneuverability, precise pallet positioning, and fast charging matter. With a 3 wheel front wheel drive layout, a 3 stage triplex mast reaching 189 inches, and integrated hydraulic functions including side shifter and fork positioner, it helps operators work faster in receiving, put away, picking, and loading areas. The upgraded Li ion power system includes an onboard charger with UL certificate to reduce downtime and simplify charging.

Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer accepted, and cancellation may result in additional freight or recall charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Raelon electric forklifts are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers eligible defects in original parts under normal use.
Our forklift warranty covers eligible defective original parts and remote technical support. It does not include on-site labor, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents or negligence.
Within the first 30 days after delivery, if a verified quality issue requires return repair, Raelon will cover the approved round-trip shipping costs. After 30 days, shipping responsibility for return repair will be evaluated based on the specific case, product type, and approved service solution.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, original outbound shipping, and any applicable restocking fee. For approved quality-related cases, shipping responsibility will be handled according to our Warranty Policy and the approved after-sales solution.
Please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is found, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order information.
Non-quality-related returns may be accepted within 30 days of receipt only if the product is new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return approval is required in advance.
