How much can the CBD20W-II lift, and how high?

4,400 lb (2,000 kg) at the rated load centre. Forks rise from 3.2 in to 7.5 in — enough to clear the floor and move a pallet, not to stack one. If you need to place loads on racking, you need a stacker.

Will it fit a standard 48 x 40 in pallet?

Yes. The forks are 48 in long with 14.2 in of clear space between them. Entering from the 48 in side the forks run the full depth; from the 40 in side about 8 in of fork tip comes out the far end.

What battery and charger are included with the CBD20W-II?

A 48V 20Ah lithium-ion pack (one pack, not two) and a 288-22CH05-L charger, both in the box. The charger takes 100-240V at 5A and outputs 48V 6A. A full charge takes about 3 hours and gives 4-5 hours of light-duty running.

How do I read the charger indicator light?

Green steady means standby or fully charged, yellow flashing means charging, and red flashing means an error. If you see red, unplug the charger and contact us with the model on your nameplate.

Can it climb a ramp or a dock plate?

Gradeability is 5% fully loaded, so plan this truck for flat concrete. If your route includes a slope, send us the grade and we will tell you whether it suits.

What warranty, shipping and pickup do you offer?

90 days on the truck, the battery and the charger together, on every pallet jack we sell. Orders ship within 2 business days by freight anywhere in Canada. Free pickup is available from Richmond, BC or Edmonton, AB, normally ready within 24 hours.
