The 4,000 lb rating holds up to a lift height of 141.7 in at a 500 mm load centre. At the full 189 in the rating is 3,307 lb, so compare your heaviest pallet with the height you lift it to.
The three-wheel layout is 43.3 in wide. Add your longest load to the length to the face of the forks and compare it with your narrowest aisle.

The Raelon CPD18 is a 4,000 lb (1,800 kg) three-wheel dual-drive electric counterbalance forklift with an 80V 280Ah lithium-ion battery, a 189 in three-stage free-lift mast, and a fork positioner and sideshift. The charger is included. It is built for indoor warehouse work and dock loading in narrow aisles.

1. Load and lift height. The 4,000 lb rating holds only up to a lift height of 141.7 in (3,600 mm), at a 500 mm load centre. Above that the capacity falls, down to the figure in the specifications at full height. Longer or bulkier loads sit further out and reduce capacity again. Send us your load weight, load size and highest rack beam and we will confirm it suits.
2. Aisle width. Add your longest load to the length to the face of the forks and compare the total with your narrowest aisle. The turning radius is in the specifications. With the mast lowered the truck clears most doorways and trailers, but measure your lowest opening.
3. Power supply. The charger is included. Tell us what power is available where you will charge the forklift, and we will confirm the charger input before you order.
4. Floor and route. Solid tires never go flat, but they ride firmly, so plan this truck for smooth indoor floors. If your route includes a ramp or an outdoor surface, send us the slope and surface and we will tell you whether it suits.
Both are fitted at the factory, and the sideshift does not reduce the rated capacity. The operator changes fork spacing and shifts the load from the seat, which saves time when you handle mixed pallet sizes. A fourth hydraulic line and valve are also fitted for an additional attachment.
The lithium-ion pack has no watering schedule and gives off no fumes. Runtime depends on your work: heavy loads, frequent full-height lifts and long travel distances all shorten it.

Yes. The CPD18 has a fork positioner and sideshift fitted, so you can change fork spacing and shift the load from the seat. The sideshift does not reduce the rated capacity. The forks are 42.1 in long.
Gradeability is 10% loaded. The truck has solid tires, so plan it for indoor use on smooth floors. If your route includes a ramp or outdoor surface, send us the slope and surface and we will tell you whether it suits.
