Product Details

This 80V, 100A lithium-ion charger fits all five Raelon electric forklifts, from the 3,300 lb CPD15 to the 7,700 lb EFL35. It runs on 220V three-phase power, talks to the battery over CAN BUS and delivers up to 8 kW. The forklifts are sold without a charger, so add one to your order.

Matched to the forklift batteries

Every Raelon electric forklift uses an 80V lithium-ion battery: 280Ah on the CPD15, CPD18 and EFL35, and 230Ah on the EFL25 and EFL30. The charger is rated 80V and 100A, and the CAN BUS link lets it exchange charging data with the battery management system.

Check your power supply before you order

This charger needs a three-phase, four-wire supply at 220 V AC (±10%), 50/60 Hz. It cannot run from a single-phase outlet. Send us your site's voltage and phase and we will confirm it before you order. Have a licensed electrician run the wiring and fit a circuit breaker for the charger.

Protection built in

  • Input overvoltage and undervoltage
  • Output overvoltage and undervoltage
  • Output overcurrent and short circuit
  • Fan failure

Where to install it

Mount it horizontally on a solid surface with at least 20 cm of free space around it, away from rain, direct sun, dust and corrosive or combustible gas. It is rated IP20, so it needs protection from water and dust. Operating range is -20°C to 50°C, with reduced power above 50°C. Check the air inlet and outlet daily and clean them about every 30 days, depending on how dusty the site is.
