What the F4-202 gives you

Four things to check against your pallets, your aisles and your shift.

4,400 lb at a Lower Price

The same 4,400 lb (2,000 kg) rating and 48 in × 27 in forks as the F4-201, with one battery and one charger instead of two.

One 48V Battery, One Charger

A single 48V 10Ah lithium battery and one 48V 3A charger in the box, so there is one pack to charge and keep track of.

Rated 8% Loaded on Ramps

Rated climb is 8% loaded and 16% empty, so a dock ramp is fine inside those numbers. Door thresholds are not, so plan a flat route.

Détails du produit

48V Single-Battery System

The Raelon F4-202 runs on one 48V / 10Ah (480Wh) lithium battery and comes with one 48V 3A charger. It is the same 4,400 lb truck as the F4-201, with the same forks and the same dimensions, but it carries one battery instead of two, so it costs less. The battery holds half the energy of the F4-201's two batteries, so plan for shorter runs between charges.

Built for 4,400 lb Pallets

Rated for 4,400 lb (2,000 kg) at a 23.6 in load centre, the F4-202 handles the pallets between 3,300 and 4,400 lb that the F4 is not rated for. The forks are 48 in long and 27 in across both forks, and rated climb is 16% empty and 8% loaded. The truck cannot cross door thresholds, so plan a flat route. It is built for smooth indoor floors. Wet floors are fine, but the polyurethane wheels wear quickly on asphalt and rough ground, so outdoor use is not recommended as regular work.

F4-202 or F4-201

Choose the F4-202 if your heaviest pallets are between 3,300 and 4,400 lb and you want to spend less. Choose the F4-201 if you need longer runs between charges, because it carries twice the battery energy, or the spare battery and stabilizing wheel options that come with it.

F4-202 FAQs

How is the F4-202 different from the F4-201?

Both are rated 4,400 lb and share the same forks, size and turning radius. The F4-202 has one 48V 10Ah battery and one charger, so it costs less. The F4-201 has two 24V 20Ah batteries and two chargers, so it holds twice the battery energy.

How long does one charge last?

We do not publish a runtime for the F4-202. Its 480Wh battery holds half the energy of the F4-201's two batteries, so plan for shorter runs between charges than the F4-201. Heavy loads, long runs, ramps and cold rooms shorten the run further.

What charger comes with it?

One 48V 3A charger with a 110V input, rated for 48V 10–40Ah lithium batteries. Do not cover the charger while it is charging, and do not charge in an enclosed space, in direct sun or near flammable materials.

Does the F4-202 need two batteries?

No. One 48V 10Ah lithium battery runs the truck. The F4-201 is the one that needs two.

Should I buy the F4, the F4-202 or the F4-201?

If nothing you move is over 3,300 lb, the F4 costs less. If your heaviest pallet is between 3,300 and 4,400 lb and you want to spend less, the F4-202. If you want longer runs between charges, the F4-201.

How do I look after the battery?

Do not use or store the truck below 20% charge. Keep the charger away from heat and flammable materials, and do not open the battery or the charger.

What does the warranty cover?

90 days on the truck, and 1 year on the battery and charger, subject to the warranty terms.
