The CBD15W-II is a 3,300 lb walkie electric pallet jack with a 24V 25Ah lithium battery and a charger in the box. Four checks decide whether it fits your building and your aisles.

1. Pallet entry. The forks are 48 in long, 27 in wide overall and 2.8 in thick, with 14.2 in between them. Entering a 48 x 40 in pallet from the 48 in side, the forks run the full depth. From the 40 in side, about 8 in of fork tip comes out the far end, so check what is behind the pallet. Lowered fork height is 3.2 in, so a pallet opening lower than that will not take the forks.
2. Aisle width. Turning radius is 55.7 in and overall length is 63.6 in. Add your longest load to the truck length and compare it with your narrowest aisle or doorway. With the handle upright the truck stands 48.1 in tall.
3. Floor and ramps. Gradeability is 5% fully loaded, so plan this truck for flat concrete. If your route includes a dock plate or ramp, send us the grade and we will tell you whether this truck suits it.
4. Lift height. The forks rise from 3.2 in to 7.5 in. That clears the floor and moves pallets. It is not a stacking height, so racked or elevated loads need a stacker.
The charger is in the box. The Leamover JRC29F6LP plugs into a standard 110V outlet and outputs 24V 6A for the 24V 25Ah lithium pack. A full charge takes about 3 hours and gives 4-5 hours of light-duty use. Heavy loads or ramps will shorten the runtime. Charger light: green flashing is standby, red solid is charging, green solid is full, red flashing is a bad battery.
