Four things to check against your pallets, your aisles and your shift.
A 53.5 in turning radius and a 27.4 in wide body for stockrooms, delivery areas and truck trailers.
A 24V / 20Ah pack with an auto-lock handle for quick replacement, charged from a standard 110–120V outlet.
Rated 6% loaded and 16% empty on climbs, and made for flat indoor surfaces.
Check these numbers against your pallets, your aisles and your heaviest load before ordering.
The Raelon EPT15-EZ is a 3,300 lb (1,500 kg) walkie electric pallet jack built for stockrooms, delivery areas and truck trailers. The truck is 61 in long and 27.4 in wide, turns in 53.5 in, and has an ergonomic tiller head. The forks are 45.3 in long and 21.7 in across, shorter and narrower than the 48 × 27 in forks on our CBD15W-II.
It runs on a 24V / 20Ah lithium-ion battery with an auto-lock handle for quick replacement. The charger is in the box and plugs into a standard 110–120V outlet. A full charge takes about 10 hours, so plan to charge it overnight or between shifts.
Rated climb is 6% loaded and 16% empty. The truck is made for flat indoor surfaces, so avoid potholes and steep ramps. The lowered fork height is 3.23 in, so a pallet opening lower than that will not take the forks. The wheels are polyurethane, the brake is electromagnetic, and the truck weighs 254 lb (115 kg). Noise level is 74 dB(A). The warranty is 90 days on the truck and 1 year on the battery and charger, subject to the warranty terms.

About 10 hours for a full charge on the included charger, from a standard 110–120V outlet.
The forks are 45.3 in long, 21.7 in across both forks and 2 in thick, and sit 3.23 in off the floor when lowered. A pallet opening lower than that will not take them.
Rated climb is 6% loaded and 16% empty. The truck is made for flat warehouse surfaces, so avoid potholes and steep ramps.
Both are rated 3,300 lb. The EPT15-EZ has shorter 45.3 in forks and a replaceable 24V 20Ah battery that takes about 10 hours to charge. The CBD15W-II has 48 in forks and a 24V 25Ah battery that charges in about 3 hours.
