The WPL202 is a 4,400 lb (2,000 kg) walkie electric pallet jack with a load backrest, a 24V lithium battery and three wheels across the front. Four checks decide whether it fits your pallets, your aisles and your shifts.
1. Your heaviest pallet. The WPL202 is rated at 2,000 kg (4,400 lb) at a 600 mm (23.6 in) load centre. The truck itself weighs 345 kg (761 lb) with the battery in and 305 kg (672 lb) without. Weigh your heaviest pallet, not the average one, and keep the load centred on the forks. The backrest keeps a tall load from sliding back toward you, but it does not raise the rating.
2. Pallet entry. The forks are 48 in long and 27 in wide overall, each fork is about 7 in wide, and the gap between them is about 14 in. On a 48 x 40 in pallet entered from the 48 in side, the forks run about the full pallet depth. From the 40 in side about 8 in of fork tip comes out the far end, so check what is behind the pallet.The forks rise 4.9 in (125 mm) from a lowered height of 3.3 in (85 mm), enough to clear the floor and move a pallet, not to stack one.
3. Aisle width. Overall length is just under 67 in. With the handle upright the truck stands over 50 in tall, and 52 in at the load backrest.
