Shipping costs for electric pallet jacks and stackers vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and shipping method. Standard rates generally range from $150 to $850 depending on your province. If the shipping charge shown at checkout appears incorrect or unavailable, please contact us and we can help arrange a manual order. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.
Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer accepted, and cancellation may result in additional shipping or recall charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Electric pallet jacks and electric stackers are covered by a 90-day limited warranty starting from the delivery date. If the unit includes a battery, the battery is covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Our limited warranty covers eligible defects in original parts and includes remote technical support. It does not cover on-site labor, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper operation, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by accidents or human error.
Within the first 30 days after delivery, if a verified quality issue requires return service, Raelon will cover the approved round-trip shipping costs. After 30 days, Raelon will continue to provide replacement parts and remote technical support for verified warranty issues, but return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the case and approved service solution.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, original outbound shipping, and any applicable restocking fee. For approved quality-related cases, return shipping responsibility will be handled according to our Warranty Policy and the approved after-sales solution.
