Orders can be canceled before shipping at no cost. If already shipped, additional fees may apply.
All new products come with a 6-month limited warranty, while batteries are covered for 1 year.
The warranty covers defective original parts, but does not include wear-and-tear parts or damage caused by misuse.
Within 30 days, we cover all costs. From 30 days to 6 months, the customer pays 50% of shipping. After 6 months, all repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for double-way shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
