Four things to check against your pallets, your aisles and your shift.
24V x 65Ah stores about 1,560 Wh. The charger outputs 8A, so a full charge from empty takes roughly 8 hours or more. Plan to charge after the shift.
On a 48 x 40 in pallet entered from the 48 in side, the forks stop about 3 in short of the far edge. From the 40 in side about 5 in of fork tip comes out the far end. Lowered fork height is 3.0 in.
Add your longest load to the 65.1 in truck length and compare with your narrowest aisle. The factory lists an 89 in aisle for a 40 x 48 in pallet crossways.
Fitted to reduce side-to-side sway while the truck moves. Plan this truck for flat concrete.

The CBD15W-E19 is a 3,300 lb walkie electric pallet jack with a 24V 65Ah lead-acid battery and a charger in the box. Four checks decide whether it fits your building and your shifts.
1. Your charging routine. The pack is 24V 65Ah, about 1,560 Wh. The charger puts out 8A, so a full charge from empty takes roughly 8 hours or more. Runtime on a charge is about 6 to 8 hours. Plan to charge after the shift, and ask us before ordering if you run back-to-back shifts.
2. Pallet entry. The forks are 45 in long, 27 in wide overall and 2.1 in thick, with 14.4 in between them. On a 48 x 40 in pallet entered from the 48 in side, the forks stop about 3 in short of the far edge. From the 40 in side about 5 in of fork tip comes out the far end, so check what is behind the pallet. Lowered fork height is 3.0 in, so a pallet opening lower than that will not take the forks.
3. Aisle width. Overall length is 65.1 in and turning radius is 57.2 in. Add your longest load to the truck length and compare it with your narrowest aisle or doorway. The factory lists an 89 in aisle for a 40 x 48 in pallet crossways. With the handle upright the truck stands 49.2 in tall.
4. Ramps and lift height. Gradeability is 5% loaded and 20% unloaded, so plan this truck for flat concrete. The floating balance wheels are fitted to keep it steadier on slightly uneven floors. The forks rise from 3.0 in to 7.5 in, which clears the floor and moves a pallet. It is not a stacking height, so racked loads need a stacker.
The charger is in the box. It is a Eurepstar 300A2408 that takes 100-240V at up to 3A and outputs 24V 8A. Charger light: red flashing means charging, green on means fully charged. The truck weighs 193 kg (425 lb) with a 35 kg (77 lb) battery in it.
If you would rather have a lithium battery, or need a rating above 3,300 lb, see the electric pallet jack collection to compare. Or send us your heaviest pallet weight and your aisle width and we will tell you which model fits.

Read the guide3,300 lb (1,500 kg) at a 23.6 in load centre. The forks rise from 3.0 in to 7.5 in, enough to clear the floor and move a pallet, not to stack one. If you need to place loads on racking, you need a stacker.
Yes, with one thing to know. The forks are 45 in long with 14.4 in between them. Entered from the 48 in side they stop about 3 in short of the far edge, and from the 40 in side about 5 in of fork tip comes out the far end, so check what is behind the pallet.
A 24V 65Ah lead-acid battery and a Eurepstar 300A2408 charger, both in the box. The charger takes 100-240V at up to 3A and outputs 24V 8A. At 8A a 65Ah pack takes roughly 8 hours or more from empty, and a full charge gives about 6 to 8 hours of runtime.
Red flashing means charging and green on means fully charged. If the light does anything else, stop charging and contact us with the model on your nameplate.
Gradeability is 5% loaded and 20% unloaded, so plan this truck for flat concrete. If your route includes a slope, send us the grade and we will tell you whether it suits.
