Raelon F4 and F4-201 include a one-year equipment warranty and a one-year battery warranty. Other electric pallet jacks include a 90-day equipment warranty and a one-year battery warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Our limited warranty covers eligible defects in original parts and includes remote technical support. It does not cover on-site labor, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper operation, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by accidents or human error.
